Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unassembled, and in its original condition

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been assembled, installed, or used
  • Customized, made-to-order, or personalized items
  • Clearance or final sale products

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, you must contact us with your order details. If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Items
