Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, size, and weight of the items.
Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Delivery Issues

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may leave a notice or attempt redelivery. In some cases, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We may request supporting documentation, such as photographs, to investigate the issue and provide a resolution.
